Realfluence is produced under Medstack Ltd, a UK company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16439872) and based in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire.

What Medstack does

Medstack builds independent community support and comparison tools. The common thread across everything the team makes is transparency: taking areas where information is confusing, scattered or skewed by marketing, and giving the public a clearer picture so they can make better informed decisions.

Medstack is an information and technology company. It does not sell, prescribe or dispense medicines, and it has no commercial stake in which provider, product or person you choose.

Current tools

• monj.co.uk: an independent comparison tool for Mounjaro and weight loss treatment pricing across verified UK providers, built to make a confusing market easier to read.
• igovy.co.uk: a price comparison tool focused on the Wegovy injection, tracking published prices so people can see the market at a glance.
• ogovy.co.uk: a companion comparison tool covering the oral (pill) form of Wegovy.
• frayo.co.uk: part of the same family of independent community tools, alongside other projects in development.

These tools are independent. They compare publicly available information, they are free to use, and listings cannot be bought.

Medstack and Realfluence

Realfluence is a separate project produced under Medstack Ltd. It shares the company’s emphasis on independence and transparency, but its content and influencer curation are handled independently and are not managed or controlled by Medstack Ltd. Trust Scores, listings and community vote results are never influenced by Medstack’s other projects or by any commercial relationship.
