About Realfluence

Realfluence is an independent, community rated directory of high trust voices in fitness, medicine, nutrition, strength, mental health, science, longevity and women’s health. Our job is simple: help you find people worth listening to, and make it easy to skip the rest.

Why we built this

Health and fitness content online has a signal problem. The loudest accounts are rarely the most qualified, and the incentives of the attention economy reward outrage, oversimplification and the hard sell. Meanwhile, genuinely credible researchers, clinicians and coaches often get drowned out because they refuse to exaggerate.

Realfluence flips that around. Every person listed here has been reviewed against a published methodology, given a Trust Score, and opened up to community voting. No shills. No ragebait. No pay to play. Nobody can buy a listing, a score, or a place in the Featured row.

What you can do here

• Check each person’s credentials, Trust Score and links before you follow them.
• Vote people up or down. Your votes shape the rankings for everyone else.
• Sort the directory by Highest Rated, Most Voted, Newest or Trust Score.

• Independence. Listings are editorially curated. No one featured here has paid to appear, and no one can pay to improve their position.
• Transparency. The scoring criteria are published in full on our Methodology page.
• Accountability. If we get something wrong, tell us via the contact page and we will review it.
